Loved the free snacks and clean rooms – perfect for a posh lady on a budget! But, oh, the room size – so cozy, I almost thought I was in a closet! What a delightful little squeeze!

my room was lovely little thanks to the useful staff. the food was nice and there were lots of dishes in the menu. the hotel was in a central location in night market. it was also so close to different shops and restaurants as well as yilan for 2 nights.

Location short walk to Airport Bus Station, and most major sightseeing locations. Also, close to train stations.

The location was stunning, at a short distance from a tranquil park. It was close to the underground towards Shin Kong Mitsubishi, Taipei train/metro station, and good food places.

The room is very very small. there is very little empty area for two persons to move around n space for yr luggages if u have more than three luggages. most of my time I have to sit on the bed as there is only one chair in the room. Not recomended for travellers who want more space n comfort.

Very friendly and approachable staff, very service oriented. Location is fantastic, five minutes walk to Taipei Main station stop which is the hub/interchange of their train, mrt, bus etc. Personalized service of their staff is the hotel's winning formula.

Double bed room was a little too small for us, as we were carrying 2 luggages and the hotel only provide 1 foldable luggage stand. Can improve the sound proofing of their walls. No mini fridge in room, a little inconvenient.

The rooms here are small and nicely kept, with sleek glass partitions, fast WiFi, and a great bathroom, making for a very enjoyable stay.

I love e staff, e service, e location, e cleanliness, e extra perks like free laundry n something simple but deeply appreciated- a pantry. However, what makes e greatest difference is the hotel staff. They are SINCERE, helpful n friendly. Love the stay- would not hesitate to choose there again should we return :))

1. No fridge in the room. I have stayed in many hotels but this one does not have a fridge. Reason for a fridge is I need to put medication. 2. Door is difficult to open. I always have a problem with opening the door.

my recent stay was awesome! returning to this hotel after my previous visit truly exceeded my expectations. the staff was super helpful, and the location near the main station made it easy to explore taipei even with limited time.

the window view was a bit lacking.

I have just returned from a great stay in this small hotel. the rooms are elite and neat. the property serves appetising food. It offers excellent services. Great to have wake-up service, ironing, and free laundry free of charge.

The hotel was perfect and fairly clean. My room included a television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. - the staff was willing to help and very attentive and thoughtful.
